For over six years, neotares had the privilege of accompanying an international commercial law firm on its journey to its new working environment in Frankfurt. neotares supported all stages of the change process, from searching for rental space and designing the new premises to the move in August 2025.
A stay-or-leave process had revealed that the previous premises no longer met the firm's requirements. During the subsequent search for rental space, neotares supported the decision-making process with test fits and developed annex plans for the lease agreement. As the project progressed, neotares was awarded a comprehensive mandate for project management and the design of the new space. This included schedule and cost control as well as user representation, planning, furnishing, and tenders for furniture and custom-made furniture. The service portfolio was supplemented by relocation management, the return of the previous premises, and the coordination of the trades involved after handover.
While the office floors were designed in collaboration with the architectural firm CSMM, neotares was responsible for the design concept for the special areas. This combines high-quality, representative design with functional diversity. Conference and meeting rooms were planned to accommodate both small groups and large meetings with up to thirty people. Flexible partition walls and carefully coordinated furniture create the necessary adaptability. This spectrum is complemented by a number of smaller rooms and lounge areas that can be used for confidential discussions as well as informal meetings. Elegant furniture, fine materials, accentuated lighting, and custom-made fixtures give the rooms a special atmosphere while ensuring a high level of comfort.
In order to bring the planned design to life, neotares used a range of 3D visualizations in addition to extensive sampling. This allowed materials, colors, and patterns to be tested in different variations and harmoniously coordinated, for example, during the development of a media wall. The result was a customized solution that was implemented as one of numerous high-quality carpentry projects.
The result is a modern, high-quality workplace, which the law firm moved into in August 2025. Thanks to an efficient and flexible space utilization concept, the floor space was reduced by almost 4,000 square meters compared to the previous office landscape, and the number of workstations was specifically adjusted from 350 to 300. The new working environment is complemented by a lively work café with a barista bar, which offers employees a place to meet and exchange ideas.
