Happy Birthday, neotares!
10 years of new workplaces
We are passionate about workplace design. The demands on office space have changed significantly in recent years. The focus has shifted to people and their activities, and the layout of the space reflects this change. We help our clients create the right spaces for their employees. These spaces encourage people to meet and communicate, while also allowing them to retreat. Spaces that function and inspire. Spaces that support sustainable work.
10 years of exciting projects
We have completed over 500 projects, and each time we re-examine the needs of our clients. Based on these needs, we develop customized concepts that reflect the essence of the business, and we carefully guide their realization and implementation. Large or small, we approach each project with energy and attention to detail. We have worked with many of our clients for a long time. It is time to say thank you!
10 years of learning and growing
Our expertise has grown along with our diverse and individual projects. Our initial focus was on workplace consulting, but we have since developed additional areas of expertise in interior design, communication and change, media technology, and organizational and strategy development. We are constantly seeking out new trends, but we never blindly follow them. We are independent of manufacturers, retailers, and brokers. We have also experienced significant growth, expanding from seven neos in 2015 to over 80 team members across nine locations in the DACH region.
10 years – one team
Our team unites people from different sectors and fields to cover a wide range of activities: Architecture, interior design, communications and change management, press and public relations, media technology and IT. We value our diverse skills and personalities and actively cultivate a team-oriented culture. Flexible working hours, mobile offices, business travel, and project-related client meetings on site mean that colleagues are no longer bound to the office. It is crucial to deliberately strengthen internal networking through activities like joint lunch breaks, after-work gatherings, team breakfasts, (hybrid) coffee breaks, and neotrips. They bring us closer as people, make us stronger as a team and fill the neotares company with life, personality and a sense of togetherness.

10 years at a glance
neotares goes DACH region.
In Zurich and Linz, neotares Consult Swiss AG under Katharina Sidler and neotares Consult AUT GmbH under Christian Dos Santos are founded.

Under Christian's leadership, we are now able to offer consulting services in the areas of organizational and strategy development.

It is important to us to strengthen our community, both within our teams and across our locations. For example, we have a New Year's breakfast together.

The management team is expanded.
Long-time employees (Manager Workplace Consulting) and Larissa Heller (Manager Architecture) are given procuration.

The Nuremberg office opens. It is under the responsibility of the new Southern Branch Manager, Heiko Fleischmann, together with the Munich office.

Our visits to trade fairs are a great source of inspiration and trends for us.
neotares grows and grows...
The Munich office is the company's fifth location. We are now over 60 neos in total.

We are honored to receive the Iconic Award 2023 for our workplace concept for Pilot in Munich: Innovative Architecture in the category "Interior – Corporate".

We relaunch our website and strengthen our digital presence. This includes social networking and blog posts that share our knowledge.
Successful business years are behind us.
As a reward, our neotrip takes us to sunny Málaga.

The focus on change and communication is becoming increasingly important in projects. We are constantly refining and enhancing our tools and methodologies, incorporating creative methods to ensure success.

After months of distance, we – now almost 40 neos – can finally meet again, for example at the neotrip to Eltville.

The company expansion requires new organizational structures. Torge Stoy supports neotares as the new Branch Manager North. In addition to Berlin and Hamburg, he is also responsible for the newly opened Hanover location.
The pandemic poses significant challenges to society and the workplace.
Masks and digital meetings are becoming the new normal, and this year our Christmas party is digital with a care package. However, the pandemic is also driving developments in office and collaboration, with hybrid working and desk sharing at the heart of many workplace concepts.

We are constantly refining our processes.
A growing team needs new structures. The introduction of MS Teams is a key step in enhancing our digital communication channels and adapting our offices to the evolving demands of modern working methods.

Everything is new in terms of the brand: we are starting the new year with a new logo and a new design.

At neotares, we place immense importance on interpersonal relationships. These relationships are cultivated within our team and with our customers, who we invite to our summer party.

We celebrate the opening of two new offices:
Our sites in Berlin and Hamburg allow us to follow our customers and be closer to them. We are now 21 neos in total.

The growing neotares team requires more space in the Frankfurt office. This includes a new kitchen, which becomes the centerpiece and focal point of the group lunch.
Daniel Dickel is appointed COO and joins Norman Kustos on the executive team.

We gradually expand our range of services: Under the name "neotares creative", we focus on interior design in addition to relocation and planning services.
By its first birthday, the team has already grown to 15 people.

The first neotrip takes the colleagues to Faro. To this day, neotrips give the team a few days off to socialize away from the office.
neotares is founded by Norman Kustos.
7 neos move into our office on Leipziger Straße, where we are still located today. Over the years, the space has grown and changed considerably.

The employees of the first hour are Björn de Buhr, Daniel Dickel, Doreen Schmidt, Kathrin Herzog, Katrin Laukötter, Michaela Büttner and Susanne Herzog. There is a great sense of team spirit, as evidenced by after-work activities and regular participation in sports team events.
Our company has grown from a small team to one with over 80 employees at nine locations.
We have had 10 great years, and we are excited to see what the future holds!
