The consulting company neotares further expanded its market position as a specialist for new working environments in the 2025 financial year. Targeted expansion into Switzerland and Austria, sales of 7.5 million, and a comprehensive brand relaunch shaped the company's development over the past year.

With the opening of new locations in Zurich under the leadership of Katharina Sidler and Linz under Christian Dos Santos, neotares has strategically expanded its presence in the DACH region. The company now has a total of nine locations, with 17 new hires in 2025 alone. The aim of the expansion is to provide even closer support to local customers and to incorporate regional market requirements into consulting at an early stage. International mandates and cross-location projects in particular benefit from the expanded structure. With Ilka Hoffmann as the new location manager for the south, neotares is strengthening its presence in the Munich area and southern Germany, from where it will continue to drive forward the expansion of customer relationships and interdisciplinary services.

2025 also marked the tenth anniversary of neotares. Since its founding in 2015, the company has completed more than 500 projects and has evolved from a workplace consulting specialist to an interdisciplinary consultancy for working environments, (interior) architecture, communication, and media technology. Against this backdrop, the service portfolio was recently expanded to include strategy and organizational development. The aim is to integrate spatial concepts even more closely with strategic, organizational, and cultural issues—not least in view of the profound changes in the world of work brought about by artificial intelligence.

A vibrant corporate culture is a central component of neotares and is to be specifically passed on to the many new employees. Against this backdrop, the management deliberately decided not to forego team events in 2025, despite high investments. The highlight was the celebration of the tenth anniversary as part of a multi-day company outing to Berlin, which combined exchange, review, and outlook.

New brand identity and operational successes

Another milestone was the comprehensive brand relaunch. With a redesigned visual identity and a sharpened positioning, neotares reflects the company's ongoing development in terms of content. The new corporate identity underscores the people-centered consulting approach and supports the company's efforts to address new customer segments in an increasingly competitive market.

In 2025, neotares implemented a large number of challenging projects. These included new working environments for Veolia in Hamburg, the Berlin private banking location of Bankhaus Metzler, 1822direkt in Frankfurt, and a large-scale relocation and transformation project for an international commercial law firm. The projects ranged from searching for rental space to user representation and interior design to change communication, media technology, and relocation management. Long-term customers were also acquired in the area of space management, whose trusting cooperation contributes to the stability of the company.

“2025 was a year of important strategic decisions for us,” says Norman Kustos, founder and managing partner of neotares. "We have grown both organizationally and in terms of content, further professionalized our structures, and sharpened our profile. Spaces develop their full potential when they are designed in conjunction with everyday behavior and the corporate culture that is lived out. We close this gap between strategic orientation, organizational reality, and spatial implementation with our new offerings for strategy and organizational development. In this way, we support companies in consistently translating strategic goals into organization, behavior, and space."
