neotares establishes neotares Construct GmbH and focuses on comprehensive expansion projects

With this new venture, neotares is specifically strengthening its expertise in comprehensive construction and interior finishing. To meet the growing demand for integrated planning and implementation services, neotares relies on the “Design & Build” principle. In this process, neotares Construct acts as the central contracting partner and consolidates all architectural and construction services – from the initial concept through planning to turnkey handover. The focus is particularly on existing properties as well as projects for owners and asset managers. Individual service modules or feasibility studies, for example, can alternatively be commissioned on a flexible basis. Furthermore, neotares Construct will in the future provide services in the field of media technology not only in a conceptual capacity but also as the executing contractor.

With neotares Construct, we are now taking the next step and will in the future also handle the construction work ourselves.
