neotares celebrates 10 years of innovative workplace design
Frankfurt am Main, May 06, 2025 – neotares, one of the leading consulting firms for the design of modern work environments, celebrated its 10th anniversary on May 1st, 2025. Over the past decade, the company has continuously evolved in terms of content, structure, and personnel, successfully establishing itself in the market with a holistic consulting approach and strong growth.
Since its founding by Norman Kustos in 2015, the company has focused on customized, flexible office concepts adapted to the individual needs of its clients, as well as the unique culture and identity of each organization.
Over the past ten years, neotares has successfully completed more than 500 projects. A standout example is its long-standing partnership with Delivery Hero. Since 2014, neotares has supported the company on its journey from an innovative startup to a global DAX-listed corporation. Another highlight includes the comprehensive workplace concept developed for Veolia Umweltservice GmbH at EDGE HafenCity in Hamburg. Further well-known clients such as pilot, Deutsche Leasing AG, and Randstad also rely on neotares’s services, further underscoring the company's industry expertise.
Through these diverse and individual projects, neotares has steadily expanded its service portfolio. While the initial focus was on workplace consulting, the company now offers services across all architectural phases, project management, communication, change management, media technology, and, more recently, organizational and strategy development. As a result, neotares supports clients from initial needs assessment through to customized implementation and the successful move into their new spaces.
This growth has also been reflected in the company’s expanding team. What began as a seven-person office at the Frankfurt headquarters has developed into an international consultancy with over 80 employees across nine locations. The strong growth over the years led to a restructuring of the company organization. Since 2017, Daniel Dickel has joined founder Norman Kustos as COO. In 2024, Bettina Daimer and Larissa Heller are given procuration. As part of its expansion into the DACH region, the company also established neotares Consult Swiss AG in Zurich and neotares Consult AUT GmbH in Linz, continuing its course of growth.
