Nuremberg: neotares implements innovative workplace concept for media agency pilot
Frankfurt am Main / Nuremberg, May 17, 2024 - The Nuremberg-based media agency pilot, which specializes in geo-marketing, has moved into its new offices in the Gerling Villa. On 730 m2 of leased space, the media agency has created a creative and individual work environment for 40 employees. pilot chose neotares, one of the leading consulting firms for the conception of new work environments, to design the workspace. The office building is located in the listed Gerling Villa, built in 1895, at Spittlertorgraben 23.
The scope of work for neotares included interior design and furnishing, lease negotiations and tenant planning, as well as project management for the space expansion, including coordination of all necessary trades. The goal was to make the best use of the existing building structure while achieving a high-quality design. The workplace concept developed by neotares considers the historical charm of the premises while meeting the requirements of modern office work. This includes a customized carpentry and lighting concept, where modern elements blend harmoniously into the historic ambience. neotares paid special attention to the work and meeting areas, which encourage interaction among employees and provide an attractive environment for client meetings. In addition, the terrace serves as a communicative meeting point, inviting people to linger and providing space for informal conversations.
The Gerling Villa in Nuremberg, where the agency is located, was built in 1895 for the Turkish honorary consul and is a listed building.
