Radio Marketing Service, a key player in the German-speaking audio advertising market, has recently set up its new offices at the Kampnagel Campus in Hamburg-Winterhude. Covering around 1,500 m² of rented space, the media company is establishing a dynamic and tailored work environment for approximately 150 employees. In shaping the workspace, Radio Marketing Service (RMS) has enlisted the expertise of neotares, a leading consulting firm specializing in reimagining work environments. The office building is located across from the Kampnagel Machine Factory, constructed in 1865.

RMS commissioned neotares to create a comprehensive workspace concept for the Kampnagel Campus. The project involved interior architecture, furniture planning, and project management for the spatial expansion, overseeing all necessary trades. neotares, in collaboration with the RMS team, designed a workspace concept characterized by an open structure. They aim to foster employee interaction by combining work, relaxation, and retreat areas. The expansive lunch area and sun terrace overlooking the Osterbek Canal act as central hubs for communication, providing spaces for relaxation and informal conversations. Creative meeting rooms and the open corridor facilitate communicative and collaborative work, with specially designed room dividers separating workstations.

The spatial concept designed by neotares intentionally embraces the character of the former machine factory, incorporating elements like exposed brick walls in the new office spaces. Additionally, the atmosphere of the Kampnagel Campus is transposed into the RMS office through graffiti artworks. The dynamic concept is complemented by accent colors in mint green, orange, and blue.

"We were thinking about how to set up our office spaces to make our teams more inclined to come in rather than work remotely. Our aim is to establish a work environment that sparks inspiration, where the spaces serve as hubs for communication and collaboration. Moreover, we wanted to infuse the distinctive atmosphere of Kampnagel into our office areas. Partnering with neotares has been spot-on, as their expertise has been instrumental in precisely meeting our objectives," notes Marianne Bullwinkel, spokesperson for RMS management.
