10 years of collaborative workplace design – the Delivery Hero Campus in Berlin
In Berlin, we have implemented an innovative workplace concept that embodies the vision of Delivery Hero – the world’s leading local delivery platform. Within the listed Haupttelegraphenamt (HTA), an inspiring environment is emerging over a total area of approximately 16,750 m², providing around 3,500 employees with space for creativity and collaboration. This is where we came into play!
We supported the M-DAX-listed company in expanding the Delivery Hero Campus, which not only reflects the corporate culture but also offers employees an optimal working environment.
Multi-space solutions enhance productivity
The vision for the project was ambitious. Delivery Hero places great importance on flexibility, future-oriented work, and accessibility. Our responsibilities included negotiations with contractors, tendering processes, representing both landlord and tenant, project management, as well as planning the new furnishings and implementing the workplace concept.
Our solution is as diverse as Delivery Hero itself. Flexible workspaces, multi-space solutions, and desk sharing shape the concept. The focus is on an office environment that enables both creative and focused work while promoting personal development and intercultural exchange. Approximately 500 workstations and over 200 alternative work options, divided into various neighbourhood zones, are complemented by innovative acoustic and lighting concepts as well as flexible furniture.
From startup to M-DAX listed company – 10 Years of collaborative workplace design
Our collaboration with Delivery Hero is far more than just a project – it has evolved into a long-standing collaboration that dates back to the company’s beginnings. Since 2014, we have accompanied Delivery Hero on its impressive journey from a startup to an M-DAX listed company. Initially, our task was to create a forward-thinking workplace through the expansion of the Fernsprechamts and the Torhaus West, as well as later the Torhaus Ost in 2018/2019. With the completion of the office spaces in the Haupttelegraphenamt, the Delivery Hero Campus is now fully realized – a milestone in this extraordinary collaboration.
This long-standing collaboration holds a special place for us. It reflects the trust and appreciation that Delivery Hero has shown us over the years as we have developed and implemented outstanding workplace concepts together.
