Oldenburgische Landesbank (OLB) will move into its new premises in the "Options" office building at Europa-Allee 12-22 in Frankfurt in spring 2026. The financial institution is establishing a contemporary workspace for approximately 300 employees across an area of approximately 3,600 square meters. As part of the change to its work environments, OLB is relying on the know-how of the management consultancy neotares, which has been offering strategic and operational support since 2023. The goal is to develop a contemporary, cross-location office concept that addresses future demands for hybrid collaboration, flexibility, and identity at OLB's two office locations in Frankfurt and Oldenburg.

During the implementation phase, neotares coordinates project management. It also handles execution planning and provides consulting on media technology and access organization. In close coordination with OLB, the team is developing a comprehensive interior design concept for both locations, including catering areas, furnishings, and test fits. neotares handles all tenders and planning services centrally.

In the early stages of the project, neotares was already involved in analyzing existing structures and developing a usage concept. At the same time, neotares collaborated with Blackolive to find a suitable rental space and provided support during the subsequent contract negotiations.

"With the new workspaces at 'Options,' we are creating spaces that enable hybrid and flexible working and promote the well-being of our employees. In neotares, we have an ideal partner who supports us with their expertise," said Lennart Lattwestern, OLB project manager.

"OLB's new workplace concept follows the principle of 'individualization despite standardization,'" said Eva-Maria Käs, project manager at neotares. "This concept is based on requirements and usage profiles developed at an early stage. Using samples and high-end visualizations, we created a consistent design concept for all locations, allowing us to begin the expansion and relocation preparations immediately after signing the lease agreement.”
