Successful milestone with neotares: groundbreaking ceremony at Sparkasse Tauberfranken

Frankfurt am Main | Tauberbischofsheim, May 15, 2025 – neotares, one of the leading management consultancies for the design of new working environments, celebrates the ground-breaking ceremony for the new Sparkasse Tauberfranken building. This marks the start of the next phase of the joint project, which aims to create a new location with modern working concepts.

neotares Consult GmbH has been comprehensively mandated to provide workplace consulting, change management and communication services for the design of this working environment. The project participants also include Deutsche Anlagen Leasing for project management, the architectural firm Zaeske and other specialist planners.

The project team will carry out numerous measures to modernize not only the building but also the working methods before the planned move in 2028. Particular attention is being paid to involving savings bank employees through tailored communication and change measures. Questions about collaboration and its implementation in the new space are being addressed with workshops, interviews and learning journeys, in which, for example, different workplace concepts are presented.

Siegfried Scheidel, project manager at Sparkasse Tauberfranken, emphasizes: “With the new location, we are not simply creating modern office space, but are designing a working environment that is specifically tailored to the needs of Sparkasse Tauberfranken. We are using the new building and the spatial change to modernize our work concepts. This will not only create a new and improved working experience for our employees, but will also enable us to remain an attractive modern employer in the region. We are very excited about this project and the opportunities it opens up for us.”

Eva-Maria Käs, project manager at neotares Consult GmbH, adds: “We are delighted that we were able to develop an interdisciplinary concept for this project that goes far beyond interior design and interlinks spatial design, working methods and communication. Our thanks also go to our project partners, with whom we have been able to create a new working environment for Sparkasse Tauberfranken.”
